Hi, I’m Luna.

Graduate Student, Low Cost Therapy Reduced Rate therapy Therapist Main Line Haverford PA

My name is Luna Sulollari, M.Ed., and I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My approach integrates a range of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

I have expertise working with college aged students and young adults, supporting them through challenges with anxiety, depression, managing stress, and navigating life transitions. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions at my locations in Ardmore, PA, and Center City Philadelphia.

At the heart of my work is building a trusting, collaborative relationship with each client. My goal is to provide a space where you can openly navigate difficult emotions, explore your values, and take meaningful steps toward personal growth and well-being. I am always transparent with my clients, as I see my role as one of empowerment—helping you develop the insight and skills to make informed, confident decisions about your life.

Growing up in an immigrant household, I experienced firsthand the challenges of balancing cultural expectations with the process of discovering my own identity. This personal insight has deeply shaped my work and allows me to connect authentically with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I recognize that every person's journey is unique, and I take a personalized approach to therapy, ensuring it aligns with your specific experiences and needs.

Whether you're starting therapy for the first time or revisiting it, I know how important this step is, and I am happy to offer my support as you navigate this decision. If you have questions about whether therapy is right for you, or if I am the right therapist for your needs, I invite you to set up a free 15-minute consultation. Together we can mutually decide whether I am the right fit to support you on your path.

I speak English and Albanian.

Please reach out to see if working together would be a good fit!
