When people have experienced relational/betrayal/developmental trauma(s), creating a secure relationship that allows you to feel trust, safety, vulnerability, compassion, & empathy, is paramount in repairing these wounds that continue to impact your life. My work centers on helping those who have experienced relational trauma such as childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, emotional abuse, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, life transitions, mood disorders, grief, high achieving individuals, perfectionists, and women's & men's issues. My approach is built on collaboration, where I will both guide & follow your lead & challenge & meet you where you’re at. I am interested in getting to know you as a person, beyond the clinical lens that can leave many feeling disconnected & pathologized. Trauma work should be given the time & space it deserves—that you deserve. My goal is to help you regain parts of yourself that you may have lost, create a positive relationship within yourself & lasting relationships with others, engage in deep, emotional work that gets to the core issue(s), & ultimately, to live a life that excites, inspires, & is authentic to you. I offer individual therapy at our Philadelphia & Ardmore offices, as well as virtual sessions. I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), & trained in EMDR and EFIT. I hold a Master of Arts in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Professions from Temple University. In my free time, I enjoy writing, spending time with family & friends, being outdoors, & watching the Eagles.
